MWEL Electrical are able to provide highly skilled and experienced personnel to successfully implement the clients’ requirements.

On major projects, key personnel would be introduced at an early stage to ‘set up’ the necessary systems and construction programmes, initially with regards to planning, purchasing and management of the project. At an appropriate time the project manager and other members of the team would be introduced to implement the construction programme.

The project manager, who will also be based at the site, would take full responsibility for the construction activities and any decisions needed during the construction period, reporting to the contract manager to update on a regular basis or when requested.

The extent of the project manager involvement on minor contract works would be determined by the content and duration of the project, this would be decided in the initial planning stages.
